Welcome to my Programs. I invite you to explore the offerings below and get in touch as you feel called. Throughout this section, there are links to book a Discovery Call with me, to get on my mail list, to sign up for my main Substack newsletter, and to express interest in specific programs. I look forward to connecting with you if my work resonates. Most of my work is online, with some in-person options for those in my main geographies (Colorado, Northeast, Southern & Northern CA).

Zen Coaching

One-on-one work yields rapid and lasting transformation in your ways of being and working. I help you develop foundational practices of attention, intention and action, then apply them to the daily, weekly, seasonal and life challenges that are present for you at this time. I have individual programs for ongoing Executive Leadership and bounded programs for initiation and transition.

Groups

Group work is a massive accelerant to change and provides the deep human connection required for our thriving. My groups are focused on specific cohorts and objectives, and I personally curate membership. Groups include Catalyst Groups, Alignment Groups, and Men’s Groups.

Classes and Workshops

I offer a variety of Classes and Workshops on specific topics as I am inspired and as my material resonates with others. When I hear from enough people who have interest in a topic, I will offer a workshop.
