An invitation-only cohort of leaders, change agents, and legacy builders dedicated to realizing their deepest purpose and potential.

This is for you if:

You have built something real and are ready for what comes next.
You have a spiritual orientation (or are open to one) as a deeper engagement with the world, not a retreat from it.
You sense a deeper calling that your life isn't organized around yet.
You want your work and legacy to express your deepest self.
You want a cohort of peers at the same threshold.
You are ready for practice, not just insight.

You have spent a lifetime becoming capable.
This is where you become complete.

About Paul Gyodo

Noble Path Group Guide & Catalyst

I'm a transmitted Zen teacher in the White Plum lineage, and a serial startup founder. Transmission is a relatively rare level of authorization, a direct line from teacher to student, tracing back through the lineage. It typically takes more than two decades of committed practice to receive. I don't teach what I have studied. I teach what I live.

Paul helped me understand that in a rapidly changing world, the ability to center and navigate uncertainty without clear pathways is the meta-skill we all need.
— EB, UX/PRODUCT LEAD

The group felt natural, and the creation of a new space for people with both congruent and complementary pursuits, paired with the individual attention. I recommend you have a conversation with Paul about your aspirations and options. I’m glad I did, because the Group has been an empowering experience.
— JT, SOFTWARE INDUSTRY LEADER
Paul was quickly able to identify the issues and help me discern what I felt passionate about. After just a few sessions, I was already on a clear path toward the next stage of my career in a way that felt deeply right for me.
— SL, ENTREPRENEUR
Working with Paul is like meeting an alchemist at an enchanted amusement park. Paul is truly gifted in quickly understanding how to align your strengths with your goals. His practice employs a very thorough approach to discovery and learning that yields deep and abiding change.
— EN, WRITER & COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT
I went in with few expectations, looking for a deliberate bridge between Zen practice and work. I found a community of like-minded people and a durable framework to evaluate and integrate the various ways I relate to myself, others, and work.
— CY, ROBOTICS STARTUP FOUNDER

FAQ

  • The Noble Path is designed for leaders, change agents, and legacy builders who are creating something real and substantial — a venture, a movement, an organization, a body of work. More specifically, it is for those who sense that their outer ambitions require inner architecture to match: people who are ready to move beyond default patterns and roles and into a deeper alignment with their purpose and potential.

  • Signs that you are ready for this work might include: a feeling that a deeper life purpose is calling; a growing inspiration to meet the changing world with your unique gifts; lack of clarity about your next steps in life; a lack of focus or joy in your work; a sense of being overwhelmed or out of flow in your execution. If you feel the pull of something more essential beneath the surface of your current life and work — this path may be for you.

  • This work transforms your relationship to time — from adversarial to generative. When you are not in alignment with yourself and your purpose, everything takes far more effort, and you may not be working on the right things. Alignment ensures you are working on the right things, in the right way, with focus, joy, and flow. Members consistently find that the investment of time pays compound returns in clarity, outcomes and new relationships.

If any of this has landed with recognition — as something true about your own life — the next step is a conversation.

Quiet. Unhurried. No obligation on either side.
